Shipping
Everything is made to order and ships in 2–4 business days via USPS from Queens, NYC, with tracking. Flat rate $7 anywhere in the US. Local pickup in Queens can sometimes be arranged, so message @spoolstudio.nyc before ordering.
Returns
If something arrives broken or wrong, send a photo within 14 days and a replacement gets printed, no return shipping needed. Custom pieces (like lithophanes made from your photo) can't be resold, so they're replacement-only for defects.
